Delicious and pleasantly filling!

Taste is lightly sweet with an oatmeal flavor. Nice sized bar but not a meal replacement but perfect for a light breakfast.

Love Jeca Bars. First off, they're chewy, which I like and the ingredients are simple and organic.
I have introduced the bars to a couple of my friends and they loved it, too! They liked the simplicity of the ingredients and the use of natural agave instead of stevia which a lot of energy bars use.

Best bars I ever had! Just right! I am 60 years old and in the year I"ve lost 35 pounds, eating better and exercising. Other bars hurt my teeth and they are to sweet. This bar is delicious, some sweetness, right size, crunchy and I am telling everyone about it! Of course, I ordered the matcha for my daughter but I love them too!
