Just had a Matcha + Seeds Jeca Bar and it was definitely as healthy and nutritious as the description claimed it to be! I did not taste any artificial sweetness, just the natural flavors of matcha and a variety of seeds, which left me with tons of guilt-free fulness.

I have tried all three flavors of the energy bars, and they all lived up to "deliciousness". What I like most about these bars is the unique flavor combinations, the natural sweeteners used, and the high protein content. It's an easy, healthy, and reasonably priced ready-to-go snack! They're packed full of nutritional goodness!
